GPED Elects New Board Members

On June 26, 2025, during our quarterly Investor Council Meeting, we were proud to welcome new leadership to our Board of Directors.

We’re excited to announce the election of John Hodges, representing the Paducah-McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency, and Myrna Redfield, of Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership. Both will serve a three-year term and are eligible for re-election at the end of their service. The Investor Council also reappointed Maegan Mansfield of BFW/Marcum Engineering, who will continue her leadership and involvement on the board.

GPED would like to extend a sincere thank-you to outgoing board members J.P. Kelly of Triangle Enterprises and Cory Hicks of Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership for their dedicated service. Their contributions have been instrumental in GPED’s progress, and we’re grateful for their time and leadership.

At GPED’s first official meeting with the newly seated board, members voted to elect Kevin McEwan of P&L Railway as Chair and Maegan Mansfield of BFW/Marcum as Vice Chair. Kevin also appointed Brent Housman of Baird and 50 North LLC to serve as Secretary/Treasurer.
