"The Triple Rail Site has the uniqueness of being served by three railroads: Two Class I Railroads in Canadian National (CN) and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) and a Regional Class II Railroad in the Paducah & Louisville Railway (P&L). The P&L has interchanges with both the BNSF and CN in Paducah, as well as CSX and Norfolk Southern (NS) in Louisville, KY and CSX in Madisonville, KY. The multi Class I & Class II options give any industry a logistical rail advantage over the competition."
