The Carrozza children proudly shared how they helped assemble furniture, while Christa brought her design eye to every detail of the décor. Friends, community leaders, and current tenants turned out to celebrate the milestone.

Current guests Colby and Julie Smith, who are currently staying in one of the Paducah rentals, shared just how different this experience is from a hotel stay. “It actually feels like home,” said Colby, a supervisor visiting from Washington. “The level of service Cam provides is excellent, anytime we need something, he gets it done.”

For the Carrozzas, this work is about more than filling properties. It’s about helping people feel comfortable during major life transitions.
